The hotel location proved excellent. It allowed easy access to many shops and Kamppi shopping center. The breakfast room was spacious, with a good buffet. I also found the staff to be very helpful.

The check-in process presented some challenges. The ticket machine instructions were only in Finnish. I also found the bathroom ventilation inadequate. After a brief warm shower, the bathroom completely filled with vapor.

the location was very convenient, near Kamppi bus station. my room was comfy and fairly big, i was happy. breakfast was decent, it has a buffet. Kamppi offered plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the Kamppi mall.

the room cleaning was not available every day. i did expect a daily service. this was inconvenient.
